    Verdict

RUA AUGUSTA caught the eye when finishing well on debut earlier this month and he can go one better in this opening novice contest. The selection holds entries in a couple of Group 2 contests next month and is clearly well regarded by connections. Previous winner Austrian School , bidding to follow up his debut success today is taken to claim second with the Godolphin representative Kind Act , who's pedigree suggests he'll appreciate this surface the selection to claim third.
