In depth

Verdict

Lazzaz, Head To Kerry, Theatre Lady and Critical Stage look the ones to concentrate on in a wide open affair and the tentative vote goes to the last named. The selection was a fair third behind Jair Omsford last time out off this mark. That form has since been franked, he has since been given a break and with conditions in his favour he could go well at a big price. Lazzaz rates there main danger he was a fair fourth behind Theatre Lady last time, but he weighted to gain revenge on that rival and he will not be far away. Head To Kerry is another that could go well he was a fair third behind Merrymaker last time over this trip but he weakened quickly at the distance on that occasion and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Burnt Copper is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Critical Stage.
