In depth

Verdict

Gordon Elliott runs South Wing, who has been chasing, and Definite All Star, who looks the better of the pair after a fine run at Perth. Banellie hasn't run since scoring easily over 2m7f on fast ground here a year ago but would be one to note if attracting support in the market. Turner Brown appears to need heavy ground but the veteran Banna Man has been in good form over fences and is well handicapped on his return to hurdling. Magnetic Force ran a shocker at Galway but had run really well when second to Our Nana Rose at Bellewstown earlier and would be a threat on that form. Wall Street Wally has been gradually improving and got off the mark in a maiden over the C&D. He should go well but this is much tougher and CHARGER is handed the vote. He won this on fast ground from just 2lb lower last year and looked on the way back when third at Limerick last month. With Danny Benson claiming 7lb he looks well enough handicapped to score again.
