      Verdict

      Big Kern finished runner-up three times between the flags before winning one at Necarne in May. He made a successful debut under Rules in a bumper on this track and should win plenty of races but the concession of 11lb to MOSS STREET looks beyond him. Gordon Elliott's charge hasn't done as well as expected since a close third to Plinth at Leopardstown in December but the combination of faster ground, the correct trip and Paul Carberry's presence should be enough for him to get off the mark. The remainder with form have shown nothing so the newcomer Two Cool Shabra may snatch third spot.
