In depth

Verdict

Floramar is the only course and distance winner in the line-up having won a maiden here in September though she hasn't done as well in handicaps. Ronald Pump got over a refusal at Tramore with a very goos run over 3m at Wexford where he couldn't quite find a finishing burst. EL ROULI looked one to follow in handicaps after finishing runner-up in a Limerick maiden and an opening mark of 103 looks lenient enough for him to go one better. Banksoftheshannon may have been unlucky not to have caught Sparky Stowaway at Leopardstown in December and as that was his first start beyond the minimum he should be in the firing-line. Lambs Lane ran his best race for some time at Sligo and wouldn't need much more to get into contention.
