Verdict

Fasuba showed a bit of potential on Turf last season but looked better when coming here for the first time last month where he was always in the front rank before lack of race fitness took its toll in the closing stages. ICE CANYON was a losing favourite on his last three starts last term but wasn't beaten far and his overall form, especially when touched off by Holistic Approach at the Curragh with subsequent winner Spirit of Valor behind, should be good enough for this. The remainder with experience have shown little so the newcomer Beaming, from a yard in tremendous form, may prove more of a threat though her pedigree suggests she needs further.
