Zylan was claimed out of Johnny Murtagh's yard after scoring here in January and his trainer also runs Maskoon, who carried a big weight to victory on the track in November. The Butche's Filly gained her first ever victory here last month and though slightly out of the handicap shouldn't be dismissed. HURRICANE CASS has only run here once, landing a maiden last April. He was having his first start since July when a close fourth at Naas last month and can retain his unbeaten record on the surface. Great Wide Open could provide the main threat as he won a handicap here in March and has produced very good runs at a higher level subsequently. Brosnan's close second to Ringside Humour over the track and trip in January was his best recent effort and he's been racing over trips too far.
