After taking a while to reach his peak, Clear Skies won track and trip maiden before just holding on in a handicap last week. He's been raised a massive 11lb but is probably still on the upgrade. Carried has won four times in 48 starts, all on this track, and is only 2lb higher than a comfortable victory last month. MISS SNOSSYBOOTS made her debut on the surface over 1m4f last month when she was in the lead at this trip before caught close home. She couldn't quite get to Gilded Reflection over this distance a couple of weeks later but is running well enough to be handed the vote. Teo's Music had been well supported on several occasions but mainly ran poorly and punters had given up on her when she gained a shock victory over the track and trip last week. Whether she can repeat the process is another matter and though Captain Cullen loves it around here it's a very long time since he attempted a trip this far.
