Midsomer has a smart pedigree being a half-sister to a host of winners, though she hasn't shown too much in her two starts to date. DREAMY GAL ran a fine race when a close second over the track and trip in August but pulled much too hard and was soon done with when tackling a mile on soft ground at Gowran. She'll need to settle better but if doing so looks the one to beat. Fascinating Lady was a 100/1 chance at Leopardstown last month but led for a long way and only faded close home. Grey Waters showed the benefit of her opening run to produce a much better performance over the track and trip a couple of weeks ago and further progress can be expected. All About Grace has a nice pedigree and is one to keep an eye on in the market as is Mags Well for new trainer Eddie Linehan. The latter is a half-sister to six winners so any money for her should be noted.
