In depth

Verdict

This won’t take much winning and D K Travel wasn’t beaten when fifth and joint favourite over 7f here last time, ahead of Forevertwentyone and Anna May Wong. Guiding Star has been placed at Ayr and Carlisle in her last two starts but Cosy Club has been racing over much further. Brave Display has obvious claims having finished third off this mark at Cork two runs ago and a close second at Navan before that but we’ll take a chance on the less-exposed DAISY’S FLYER. Tracey Collins’ filly has shown promise in a couple of maiden at Naas this year and isn’t overburdened on her handicap debut – Pat Smullen is a significant jockey booking.
