Verdict

Godolphin are responsible for fifty per-cent of the field here and we will give the vote to their runner Kirklees, Al Tharib and Formal Decree could be the main dangers. Frankie Dettori takes the mount on this son of Jade Robbery who bounced back to winning form at Doncaster last time out. There was no sign of greenness as he cruised past his rivals in the closing stages and he can follow up in this better contest. Al Tharib is dropping down in grade having finished third in a Group three at Kempton last time out. He is from a top yard and has to be respected. Cambridgeshire winner Formal Decree disappointed last time out behind stable companion Echo Of Light but has chances on his best form. The third Godolphin runner is Windsor Knot and he cannot easily be dismissed, but on this occasion he will side with his stablemate Kirklees.
