The consistent and classy Lily's Angel didn't quite appear to see out this trip when runner-up to Discourse at Newmarket. However, the winner is very highly regarded and Richard Fahey's filly probably ran her best race to date and this is a much quicker track. Questing went into everyone's notebook when storming to victory in a Newbury maiden and she could be anything, a remark that also applies to Rakasa, who needed every inch of the 6f trip when successful here last month. But REGAL REALM must be the form pick on her debut defeat of subsequent winners of the Cherry Hinton and Albany Stakes. She had niggling problems before reappearing with a superb run behind Angels Will Fall in the Group 3 Princess Margaret at Ascot and it will take a very good performance to lower her colours.
