In depth

Verdict

Miss Opulence, from a yard in fine form, has no easy task for a three-year-old. She handles soft ground, but has more to do under her penalty and is by no means certain to confirm the form with course specialist Ace Of Trumps. The good looking St Matthew has become disappointing, but this is his easiest task for some time and it is possible the first time blinkers could have the desired effect. Another plus for him is the booking of Kevin Darley and the combination are taken to score. Spree Vision, who has more to do than when beating Clarinch Claymore, Dispol Foxtrot and Ela D'Argent, who was claimed by Peter Monteith for ¿6,000 after winning at Ayr, should fight out the minor honours.
