Verdict

Voodoo Prince made the most of favourable terms to win a conditions race at Ripon last month and will find this tougher. By contrast, ALLIED POWERS has been racing in Group company and is 10lb lower than when last competing in a handicap. Michael Bell's charge gets the vote ahead of the returning Mijhaar and Ed De Gas, well beaten at Newbury last month when the selection finished fifth. Albamara has claims on her second to Gallipot at Newmarket in September but Beaumont's Party couldn't cope with a 9lb hike in the weights at Chester last week. Rawaki looks best of the rest on his seasonal debut.
