Verdict

A P McCoy keeps faith with CHRISTOPHER WREN even though Nick Gifford's gelding was well beaten on his chasing debut at Newton Abbot. The soft ground may well have been to blame for that effort and he's worth another chance as he looks every inch a chaser. Geneva Geyser, Houston Dynimo and Tindaro have already won over the larger obstacles but won't find it easy carrying a penalty as Alfraamsey receives 17lb including his four-year-old allowance and entitled to reverse Fontwell running with Tindaro. Tornade D'Estruval won a handicap at Uttoxeter in July but she'll do well to follow up here.
