In depth

Verdict

Peacock's Pride showed his first form since winning at Cork last year when sixth at Tipperary last month, but VINNES FRIEND turned in a better effort when winning at the same track last time. This doesn't look any tougher and Eoin Doyle's mare can go in again despite a 5lb higher mark. Cork winner Charger should have come on for a recent pipe-opener and is not out of this, while Paintmaker had Pretty Valira behind at Ballinrobe last Monday and is another who could figure along with Mind The Steps.
