Verdict

Dermot Weld won this with an odds-on chance last year and CREME DE LA looks likely to repeat the process. She made her debut in what looked a strong maiden at the Curragh won by How High The Moon and though not troubling the winner kept on nicely at the finish and will have benefited enormously from the experience. Hot To The Touch attempted to make all on soft ground at Galway but didn't look suited and should do better. Emily Square also ran at the Festival where she missed the break but ran on well over 7f so she's another who should make progress while Golden Malt got no sort of run when last of six over the course and distance. Orotaveo is a half-sister to several useful winners and the market should provide a good guide to her chances.
