In depth

Verdict

Mark Johnston has a decent record in this and runs the newcomers Madinat Jumeirah and Samaawy. Paul Hanagan prefers the latter to Muroor, well beaten at Goodwood on his debut. St Michel never figured at Beverley on his debut despite making the frame so a speculative vote goes to early Derby entry VINCENT'S FOREVER. The latter is related to four winners though Marylebone is out of a Listed winner and also in next year's Derby. Mike Appleby won this in 2013 and runs Young Tom and Archimento is a half-brother to the smart Group 3 winner Cubanita.
