Killington gets the call here ahead of Chicken Soup and Flying Dancer although keep a close eye on the betting with regard to some interesting newcomers. The selection probably met a very good animal when second, despite runnning green, on his Sandown debut over five furlongs, but should have derived a great deal of benefit from that experience and looks set to play a leading part in this race. Chicken Soup was also green but showed promise on his Haydock debut, as did Flying Dancer when third at Windsor, although that did look a fairly ordinary race. Insignia cost 250,000 guineas and is from a good stable but has not shown much in two runs so far. Toffee Vodka is another to have shown enough at ordinary maiden level to suggest she can win a similar race and Beauchamp Turbo, a stable companion to the selection, Storm Chase and Foxy Gwynne are ones to keep a close on in the betting and during the race. Overall, though, the vote lies with Killington.
