In depth

Verdict

The General Lee was an early faller at Huntingdon last week but won this last year and may be hard to peg back if granted an easy lead. Oca De Thaix is another C&D winner and, along with Our Jasper, wouldn't be far away if fully wound-up following a lay-off. Divine Intavention won at Taunton after a break while Lady Myfanwy was just beaten between the flags at Chaddesley Corbett last month. But we'll stick with DOUBLE MEAD, who was a wide-margin winner of a point-to-point 11 days ago and looks to be in excellent form. The mare gets on well with Alex Dunn and can score again.
