In the opener, Fly In Jonny is selected ahead of Thannaan and Saranome. Fly In Jonny showed plenty of promise when fourth on his Windsor debut and, with improvement assured, he can go well. Thannaan shaped well on his Newbury debut behind a stable companion of the selection, and he can go well too. Bombardier Wells has three lengths to find with him based on that form. Of the newcomers, Brazilian Brush, a 44,000 euros son of Captain Rio; Godolphin's 500,000 dollars purchase, Fateh Field, the 22,000 guineas two-year-old, Rocketry, Marcus Tregoning's Asfurah's Dream, Roger Charlton's 41,000 guineas acquisition, Saranome, and Jamie Toller's Carmela Maria, appear to be the most interesting. For the selection, though, we will stick with Fly In Jonny.
