      Verdict

SASH OF HONOUR was beaten five lengths on his debut at Newmarket last month but the first two home have both gone close in Group company since. The Coolmore-owned colt gets the nod to open his account here on that form. Border Legend made a promising debut in soft ground at Newbury and may have the edge on fitness over Cathredral and Mossbrae, who also showed ability when placed on their introductions. Widyaan is preferred to stablemate and newcomer Linn County but Totally Dominant and Valiant are debutants to keep an eye on in the betting.
