        Verdict

        With a plethora of talent in his yard, Aidan O'Brien must be very confident of a big run from Group 2 Dahlia Stakes winner Somehow though she could just find this on the sharp side against specialist milers. Aclaim started last season on a mark of 87 and ended 27lb higher after four victories including the Group 2 Challenge Stakes over 7f. Galileo Gold's last seven races were in Group 1 company and he won the St James's Palace on soft ground. But he finished behind RIBCHESTER in the Jacques Le Marois at Deauville and also when Richard Fahey's stable star finished runner-up to Minding in the QEII at Ascot when Lightning Spear was a close third. A fine effort in the 1m1f Dubai Turf at Meydan showed the former to be as good as ever and he can claim another victory at the highest level.
