Verdict

No Loose Change was alongside winner Romulus D'Artaix when unseating Daryl Jacob here three weeks ago. He was being pushed along at the time, however, and may struggle to get the better of the top weight in this despite the revised terms. Larks Lad was a well-beaten fourth that day and clearly isn't one of his stable's better novices. The Falklander looked a nice prospect when winning at Ffos Las but must improve again to score here while Monbeg Dude may prefer a softer surface and Reblis is a hard ride and was beaten off this mark at Exeter last time. Lexicon Lad's best form is over shorter so we'll stick with ONLY WITNESS, who bounced back from a below-par effort at Kempton to win comfortably at Huntingdon and may be capable of further progress on this quicker ground.
