In depth

Verdict

A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be All For The Cause, Berwick Law and Brook No Argument with the vote going to Berwick Law. The selection was a fair sort in bumpers and ran as if in need of the run when fourth behind Marleybow. He looks sure to strip fitter and he looks a value bet. All For The Cause rates the main danger on his latest second behind Montana Slim as he looks sure to be suited by this flat track and with his yard continuing in good form he will not be far away. Brook No Argument was a fair sort in bumpers and was third behind Star Beat last time. He is another that is sure to improve but the suspicion is he will be seen to better effect over a longer trip. Of the remainder, It's Teescompnents showed ability last seen but did not progress as expected and with this in mind for the winner we return to Berwick Law.
