Verdict

It is hard to see past RODRIGO DE TORRES and he is taken to score at the main expense of Dafeef and Electric Feel. A case can be made for Dafeef as he looks a smart prospect on the evidence of his win at Sandown earlier in the month when he scored with plenty in hand in a handicap. He had previously been running well in Dubai and he should be up to getting competitive in this grade. However, the selection has some pretty smart form and he won a Conditions race at Doncaster earlier in the month. He is a class act and he should be hard to beat. The Marco Botti-trained Electric Feel hasn't been out since October but she won in good style that day at Newbury, albeit on soft ground, and if she is fit enough to do herself justice she should run a big race. Field Of Dream has not yet been able to reproduce his smart Italian form in Britain, while Red Jazz has won over the course and distance and he is dropped in grade having finished eighth in the 2000 Guineas last time. Another cracking race and the vote goes to Rodrigo De Torres.
