Scotty's Future could be the best alternative in a very open classified event, Slavonic and Mobane Flyer look to be the main rivals. They are all very closely matched on official ratings and so they should, and probably will finish in a heap. However Scotty's Future does appear to have strong recent form. He contested a very competitive seller at Thirsk last time and was only four lengths behind the winner Stamford Blue. This race is of a similar standard and he should be capable of going close. Slavonic landed an Ayr seller before running well in a better race at Thirsk. He hails from a yard in great form and has to be a danger to all. Mobane Flyer wasn't beaten far behind the Bessemer in a similar race to this at Hamilton last month and should be fighting for some place money. Of the others Prime Offer has a squeak on the pick of last season's form, but Scotty's Future is one of the more consistent performers here and may be the safest option.
