Verdict

Zonderland won this in 2016 but has been nowhere near his best so far this year. Hathal has claims on last year’s placed efforts in Group 2 company and makes a belated seasonal debut having switched yards but Oh This Is Us and South Seas have a bit to find on these terms. Elarqam went close attempting to make all over 1m2f at York recently but similar tactics here could set the race up nicely for French raider PLUMATIC (NAP). Andre Fabre’s charge returned a ready winner at Chantilly on only his second start of the year and is capable of better still judged on his best form of 2017.
