      In depth

      Formwatch

Delegate Although he won his race well last time, he often gives himself too much to do in the closing and has disappointed on too many occasions to be recommended with too much enthusiasm.

Byo (IRE) Looks to have a stiff task on these terms and is best watched.

Adweb Hampered in running last time and that effort can be forgotten now she returns to her favourite track, and her strength in a finish is a big threat to all.

Dorchester Dropping to a reasonable mark but has shown little to suggest he will take full advantage, others look more reliable.

Aintnecessarilyso Should find this track more to his liking than those of his last few outings but would appear to need truly fast ground to be seen at his best.

Rushby (IRE) Shown very little this term and is best watched.

Storyteller (IRE) Would have walked away with this a couple of years ago and even though his strike rate is not what it used to be he would be dangerous to dismiss if the ground came up soft.

Kingscross Best watched on first outing since May.

Canovas Heart Won a weak contest at Windsor for today's rider last month and has claimed over £70,000 in prize money in his time, but he is not getting any younger and is not one to rely on too heavily these days.

Skylark Still a maiden and seems to be losing her way a little of late, but she has the ability to win a race and is well drawn if putting her best foot forward.

Days of Grace Best efforts have come on fast ground, but it would be dangerous to write her off if she gets the race run to suit.

Fiamma Royale (IRE) Another who has not really fired this term, but is a course and distance winner and is well treated by the draw if on song.

Speed On Hasn't scored since his victory at Newbury two years ago and he has prove hard to win with in these big fields, others preferred.

Ellendune Girl Failed to live up to her early season sparkle of late and is best watched at present.

Rare Old Times (IRE) Yet to impress this term and is another best left alone for win purposes at present.

Miss Inform Still a maiden and this looks to be too tough a task for a first victory.

Nautical Warning Saves his best for the All Weather surface at Lingfield and has a little to prove here.

Woodlands Won off this mark at Bath in July, but recent form has not really suggested a return to the winner's enclosure is imminent.

Master Luke Very effective when the blinkers are on and has a little to prove at this trip.

Roxanne Mill Knocking on the door of late but has a tendency to find one too good in a finish.
