Verdict

Super Lucky, Northern Echo and Now Then Sid are three against the field in a wide-open finale and the tentative vote goes to Northern Echo. The selection won well last time out when defeating Ho Pang Yau and this slightly longer trip looks ideal and with his stamina proven he could out-stay his rivals. Super Lucky also won well last time out when beating Batoutoftheblue but this looks much more competitive and he will find this harder under his penalty. Now Then Sid was very disappointing when switched to fences last time but the return to hurdles could rekindle his enthusiasm and he may go well at a price. Son Of Snurge is the other that catches the eye but although he has plenty of ability he lacks consistency so can't be supported with any confidence. The rest will have to trouble the principles and for the winner we return to Northern Echo.
