Reverb is sure to be popular in this finale having only gone down by a neck on his debut at Southwell but KNIGHT OF NOIR is another for the short-list as he won a point-to-point at Avon Vale in March, showing a fine turn of foot. The latter can make a winning start under Rules and is preferred to Alan King's Ulzana's Raid, who is probably the pick of the newcomers.
