    Verdict

Anything Simon Walker rides in these races has to be of interest and ARCH EVENT, who scored on soft ground at Bath a month ago before finding the going too quick on a return visit, can provide him with another success. The consistent Josie's Dream was behind in the first of those races but can go well here under Alice Mills while Serena Brotherton is another regular winner in these events though her mount Inside Knowledge looks to have plenty to do. Taroum has run poorly on his last two starts but would have a definite chance if able to repeat his earlier form while Quiet Route will have found a mile too short at Ripon last time and can do better over this more suitable trip. Tijori has never won on Turf while Captain Oats is still a maiden after 26 starts.
