In depth

Verdict

There are high hopes for DIAMOND KING, hugely impressive in bumper wins here and at Bangor last season. He's a half-brother to a 3m chaser so will be suited by further in time but this looks a good starting point over timber. Clan William is conceding the selection 7lb after winning at Uttoxeter in May but he has scope for further improvement. Another Mattie and Beaujolais have hinted at ability but bumper winner Secrete Stream is just as interesting.
