Verdict

The Mooch scored over the minimum trip on soft ground at Tramore in April but has run well enough on quicker going to give him a chance here, despite going up in the weights for his narrow defeat last time. The veteran Close Review was having only his second run since November when landing a Limerick handicap and with just 4lb extra to contend with looks certain to make his presence felt. ALL THE WAY HOME isn't the most consistent but came here in April and landed a similar handicap so is taken to complete a double. Dark Outsider hasn't been running badly over trips too short and though Old Castletown has been in moderate form he looks the type to do better now tackling a more suitable distance.
