    Verdict

BRICK RED was well backed at Ludlow last week and never looked like leaving the money in the bookmakers' satchels. If he's back to his best, a 7lb penalty is unlikely to stop him here as he likes sharp left-handed tracks. Fleet Dawn won at Market Rasen and Sedgefield last summer and was second to the much-improved Mwaleshi at Wetherby last month but his stable run four in this with the booking of useful 5lb claimer Kyle James for Dontpaytheferryman catching the eye. Scorched Son weakened quickly at Kempton last time after winning at Ffos Las and Tim Vaughan's other runner, Amok, also disappointed recently while all of Bin End's victories have come at either Leicester or Ludlow. Dragon's Den seems to need further nowadays.
