Paul Nicholls has won this race with the likes of I'msingingtheblues and Thisthatandtother in recent times and it may be worth taking a chance on the fitness of NOSLER. Dastardly Dick and Gershwin are two of his more obvious challengers. The selection is entitled to come on for this outing but he's sure to be ready to do himself justice and he proved his ability when finishing second in a bumper here in 2007. Sir Harry Cool finished behind him that day and the same fate awaits him here but Gershwin and Dastardly Dick should ask more questions of the selection. Both runners attracted support in bumpers, both showed ability and both should find that success comes their way during the course of the season. Kerry's Girl could make the frame but has been deserted by Sam Thomas who partners our selection, Nosler.
