    Verdict

A tricky looking apprentice handicap but we'll side with ALL YOU NEED to bounce back to form under David Kenny at the expense of last time out winners Sonhador and Boundless Applause. The selection disappointed over a mile at Kempton last time but clearly likes it here having been placed on several occasions prior to winning at today's trip back in February. The gelding has since been rather in and out but was only narrowly held when fourth off this mark two starts ago, crucially over course and distance. With that run to draw upon Reg Hollinshead's inmate can go well from stall two at a rewarding price. Sonhador may be the chief danger having deservedly broken his duck last time over this trip at Kempton. That effort came on the back of a similarly solid looking second and as an improving three-year-old who has shown a liking for artificial surfaces Ryan Clark's mount merits plenty of respect, though his draw in stall 10 could've been better. Despite that the horse rates the clear danger to our selection and will doubtless attract plenty of support. Similar comments apply to Ian Wood's rather less exposed Boundless Applause who came good at the eighth time of asking at Yarmouth back in September. That effort was in handicap company off a mark of 46 and a 3lb rise doesn't look too harsh, though again this ones draw in stall 13 of 13 could be a bigger burden than the weight itself. Old boy Sir Loin looks competitively handicapped but he's never won beyond 5f and so best of the rest may be Ride A White Swan who has been dropped a pound after a decent effort last time out, although it is worth noting the mount of Lee Topliss remains winless from 19 starts to date. In a race where winning form is thin on the ground we'll take All You Need to oblige.
