Tom Dascombe: "It's a funny old game, isn't it? I thought the horse in the first race (Brockwell) was a certainty, but they went no gallop and he finished fourth. This horse had completely lost his way until he won at Thirsk a couple of weeks ago and it has obviously done his confidence the world of good. He has loads of toe and we could go anywhere with him now. He's a great horse and this is worth getting wet for. I might even go and buy myself a coat now."
