Manchester City could be about to make a major move in the transfer market, according to Sky Sources.
Sky Sports News HQ understands City are preparing a £19m bid for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Julian Weigl.
Weigl, 20, has represented Germany at Under-21 level and for added intrigue, Pep Guardiola - who has been strongly linked with City - is a known admirer of Weigl and was disappointed not to sign him in the past.
He came through the youth system at 1860 Munich before joining Dortmund last summer, signing a four-year deal.
Barcelona are also reported to be interested in a player who has made 15 league appearances for Dortmund this season and also appeared four times in the Europa League.
