Newport have signed defender Jazzi Barnum-Bobb on a one-year deal following his release from Cardiff.
Full-back Barnum-Bobb made 12 appearances for Newport during a loan spell last season.
"I'm pleased that we have managed to secure the signing of Jazzi on a permanent basis," Exiles boss Warren Feeney told the club's official website.
"When he was here on loan last season I thought he did very well and the fans really took to him."
Barnum-Bobb began his career at Watford and in 2014 moved on to Cardiff, where he made two appearances in the Capital One Cup.
