Manchester City target Gabriel Jesus has revealed that he is close to securing a move away from Brazilian club Palmeiras.

However, the 19-year-old, who is currently on international duty with Brazil at the Olympics, has refused to confirm which club he is destined for.

The striker, who has been likened to Barcelona forward Neymar, has been linked with a number of Europe's top clubs including the Catalans, Real Madrid, City and Juventus.

He scored 19 goals in 31 games for Palmeiras last season and was included in Brazil's provisional 40-man squad for the Copa America Centenario in the United States.

"My future is almost decided," Jesus said at a press conference on Thursday.

"My family, my representatives and Palmeiras know where I want to go, but now I'm totally focused on winning gold for my country. The agreement is almost done but I'm completely concentrated here.
