Dundee forward Yordi Teijsse has joined German fourth tier side Wuppertaler SV on loan until the end of the season.

Dutchman Teijsse, 24, only joined Dundee in the summer from Dutch club Quick Boys on a two-year contract, but he will now spend the remainder of the campaign in Germany's Regionalliga West division.

Teijsse made 11 appearances for the Dark Blues, registering one goal in the Betfred Cup against Forfar.

Teijsse is the fourth departure from Paul Hartley's squad this January. Andrew Black joined Stirling on a free transfer, while Rory Loy and Conor Quigley left on loan to St Mirren and Stirling respectively.
