The season is reaching its climax but that won't stop Europe's top clubs looking ahead to next year.

Spain

Jordi Alba, a summer transfer target for Manchester United, has committed his future to Barcelona. Manager Luis Enrique changed to a 3-4-3 system and the left-back missed out because of it. However, Alba has reiterated his desire to stay at the club for the long term: "It's clear that, the more I play, the better. My dream has always been to play here and stay for a long time." (Marca)

Isco will cost Real Madrid €1m if they win the league due of a clause in his transfer. Every time the Madrid giants win La Liga they have to pay Malaga €1m. It will be worth it, though, with the 25-year-old playmaker having been involved in 16 league goals this campaign. (AS)

Germany

Former Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry's services are in demand this summer. The 21-year-old moved to Werder Bremen in the summer in search of first-team football and he's backed up his reasoning for moving away from the Emirates with his performances this season. The German international has scored 10 goals in the Bundesliga and even scored a hat trick for Germany on his debut. The top four in Germany - Borussia Dortmund, Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich - are all interested in the versatile attacker as they plan for life in Europe. (SportBild)

Italy

Ivory Coast midfielder Franck Kessie wants to join AC Milan despite Roma already having agreed a deal with Atalanta. It looks set to spark a €30m battle for the 20-year-old with Roma livid. The Giallorossi agreed basic terms with Kessie and Atalanta in January but agreed to postpone the deal until the summer with the Bergamo side already having sold Roberto Gagliardini to Inter Milan. Vincenzo Montella's side have now made their move and Kessie's head has been turned much to the dismay of the club situated in the Italian capital. (Gazzetta dello Sport)
