Baily Cargill has completed a loan move to Partick Thistle from Bournemouth, and could be in line for an immediate debut against Celtic.
Partick have taken the centre-back on loan for the remainder of the campaign.
Cargill has obtained international clearance and has been added to the squad for Tuesday night's match against Celtic.
The two sides meet at The Energy Check Stadium at Firhill in the Scottish Premiership.
Cargill, 22, spent the first part of the season on loan at Fleetwood Town.
The defender joined Bournemouth at youth level and has been with the Cherries since 2008, during which time he broke through at international level.
Cargill has seven caps at England U20 level, and scored on his debut for the Three Lions against Canada in November 2014.
After completing the switch to Scotland, Cargill was handed the No 3 shirt by his new club.
