Ralph Beckett is aiming to improve his excellent record in the Betfred Mobile Oaks Trial Fillies' Stakes at Lingfield with Camerone.
The Hampshire handler has won the race three times with Kayah (2007), Secret Gesture (2013) and Honor Bound (2014) with the second of that trio coming closest to following up in the Oaks when second to stablemate Talent.
Look Here was beaten less than a length in 2008 before going one better at Epsom while Ceilidh House, Colima, Bellajeu and Mountain Bell have all also been placed for the trainer, who obviously targets the race.
Camerone finished fourth behind the highly-regarded Atty Persse on her debut at Sandown before winning a Brighton maiden over a mile in October.
A half-sister to Breeders' Cup winner Flotilla, she is by Galileo so should be suited by the step up in trip.
"She runs, but quite how good she is we'll find out in the race," said Beckett.
"I've won it three times and had a couple of others run well, it's a race I like."
Aidan O'Brien, who has been mopping up the Classic trials in recent weeks, runs Pocketfullofdreams.
Trained by David Wachman last season, she was second in a 10-furlong Listed race last time out which is easily the best form on offer.
The most unexposed filly in the field is William Haggas' The Sky Is Blazing.
Owned by South African Marcus Jooste, she is full-sister to Endless Time who won the Lancashire Oaks and was narrowly beaten in a Group One over two miles.
"It's a step up in trip and a step up in class and I hope she can cope with both of them," said Haggas.
Harry Dunlop is seeking black type with Flight Of Fantasy, who has had her form franked by the runner-up from her maiden win.
"She'll definitely stay having won over a mile and a half already, that was one of the big attractions about heading for this race here as it is over a longer distance than the other trials," said Dunlop.
"We're not silly, we know she needs to improve to figure, but having won a maiden she's every right to be running.
"Her form has worked out, the filly she beat (Face The Facts) came out and won a nice race at the Greenham meeting.
"She's a lovely, big filly but if you take Aidan's filly out of it, on the ratings it could be a 0-90 handicap somewhere.
"She's home bred by Peter Deal and obviously we are hoping for some black type, that would be wonderful.
"I actually walked Lingfield the other day and they've done a really good job of the watering and we're hoping for the best."
John Gosden is doubly represented with Hertford Dancer, rated 76 and the mount of Frankie Dettori, and Mary Anne Evans, who is owned by his wife Rachel Hood.
Aidan O'Brien has dominated the Classic picture over the last seven days and he unleashes yet another top-class prospect as Sir John Lavery tackles the Betfred Derby Trial.
Churchill currently heads the Investec Derby market following his 2000 Guineas success, but O'Brien houses no less than six of the leading 10 contenders in the betting.
Sir John Lavery is a general 14/1 shot for Epsom glory on June 3, but his odds would surely contract again if he were to claim to a fifth win in the race for O'Brien, following on from Alessandro Volta (2008), Age Of Aquarius (2009), Nevis (2013) and Kilimanjaro (2015).
The Galileo colt won one of his two starts last term, strolling home by seven lengths in a Gowran maiden last October, and O'Brien believes Sir John Lavery has a touch of quality.
He said: "He's only just ready to start back, but he looked very exciting last season.
"He'd had a few little hold ups in the spring which is why he's been aimed at the later trials.
"He works like very classy horse at home so we'll see how he does.
"He'll come on for the run a fair bit, but then he'll have to."
Godolphin will be double-handed with the Saeed bin Suroor-trained Best Solution, winner of the Autumn Stakes, joined by Charlie Appleby's Zamfir, who landed a Leicester maiden on his only start to date.
Zamfir won over a mile that day but Appleby believes the step up to an extended 11 furlongs will be a positive.
He said: "He won nicely at Leicester and we've been very happy with him since.
"It is a big step up for him, but he came out of that race well and I think the step up in trip could eek out a bit of improvement.
"We'll have a better idea of where we stand after Saturday."
Best Solution has to shoulder a 5lb penalty for his Group Three success last year, with Mark Johnston's Frankuus also carrying the extra weight after winning a French Group Three.
Johnston also fields Sofia's Rock, a 10-length winner of a Leicester handicap and full-brother to dual Group One winner Prince Gibraltar.
John Gosden has two contenders in Tartini and Glencadam Glory, while Ed Dunlop's Apex King completes the eight-strong line-up.
