Arod has looked more at home back over a mile this year and won the Diomed at Epsom in good style last month. He also ran a cracker in the Lockinge before that when just behind runner-up TOORMORE. The latter has since finished fourth to Solow in the Group 1 Queen Anne at Ascot and Richard Hannon's charge is fancied to confirm running with Arod in this. Cable Bay, Hors De Combat and Moohaarib have plenty to find on Lockinge form while Calling Out was four lengths behind Arod at Epsom. The unbeaten Lightning Spear steps up in class while better is expected from both Bow Creek and Wannabe Yours having failed to figure on their respective seasonal debuts.
