Six of these ran in the 1000 Guineas with Lightning Thunder doing best. She almost overhauled the winner Miss France and has since finished second in the Irish equivalent at the Curragh so wouldn't be winning out of turn but we prefer to give another chance to RIZEENA. Clive Brittain is a good judge and thinks the world of his filly. She was only seventh at Newmarket, behind Euro Charline, but is a leggy sort and looked in need of the run. There should be more to come and she did win the Queen Mary at this meeting last year. Lesstalk In Paris started favourite for the French 1000 Guineas but refused to settle and eventually finished a few places behind Fred Darling winner J Wonder. The latter was behind Lucky Kristale in last year's Lowther Stakes and George Margason's filly is another who failed to give her true running in 1000 Guineas, along with Tapestry. Kiyoshi would have a chance on last year's form while Kieran Fallon rides Kentucky Oaks fourth Rosalind for Kenneth McPeek.
