In depth

Verdict

The King of Angels can come out on top in this handicap chase and he gets the pick over Cousin Nicky and Big Rob. The selection hails from a yard in decent form and he won well last time at Stratford over a trip arguaby beyond his best. He will be better suited by this drop in distance and he goes on the ground and he can win again. Cousin Nicky will go on the ground and he will try and dominate from the front, but he has needed his first run of the season in the past and on that basis he is one to take on today. Big Rob won well at Huntingdon last time when beating Daldini and this step-up in trip should suit him, so he is definitely one to consider. Mr Fluffy is from a shrewd yard and he is worth a look in the market, but The King Of Angels has plenty in his favour here and he can continue on his upward curve.
