Verdict

Muhaarar ran a big race for third in the July Stakes at Newmarket. On a line of form with the runner-up Jungle Cat, he comes out almost the same horse as KODI BEAR. But the latter failed to get a clear run in the Coventry over 6f here last time and with that in mind, Clive Cox' colt is just preferred. Toronado was one of the last two winners of this for the Hannon yard so Peacock is expected to improve on his winning maiden form and Disegno is another going the right way after scoring over 7f on the Polytrack. Diaz and Ustinov were not good enough last time and this is tougher.
