Punctilious created a favourable impression when winning at Yarmouth on her debut and further enhanced her reputation when making all at Salisbury last time; recently purchased by Sheikh Mohammed, the daughter of Danehill has to be respected but this represents a step up in class and we prefer to side with a filly with proven form at this level Necklace. Aidan O'Brien's daughter of Darshaan is bred for middle distances but showed plenty of speed in winning the Moyglare Stud Stakes last time over seven furlongs. The longer distance here should suit and she is taken to gain a second Group 1 success. Donna Vita, Sundrop and Tarot Card have all won their only start so far and remain open to improvement, while Ithaca should have learnt from her defeat in Goodwood's Prestige Stakes. Hathrah is worthy of a mention back on a faster surface, while River Belle finished close up behind the selection at The Curragh last time and is not without a chance. However, we expect Necklace to again have her measure and she gets the vote under Mick Kinane.
